If youve got experience in Customer Support or Contact Centre (mandatory) and even better if youve dabbled in sales before then we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

• Take incoming user requests via telephone email or chat with a smile.
• Log call details into our case management systems like a pro.
• Provide lightningfast responses and resolutions within SLA to keep our customers happy.
• Aim for the highest scores on our Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Keep customers in the loop with status updates and progress reports.
• Delight customers with topnotch service on postsales requests like delivery warranties and refunds.
• Support inbound sales and boost revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction stays skyhigh.
• Smash those quarterly sales goals while making every customer interaction a memorable one!
• Log and follow up on orders or requests with the precision of a ninja
• Capture all necessary data elements in our CRM system like a data wizard

Your Profile

• Fluent in Italian (C2)
• Working proficiency in English (B2)
• Previous experience in customer support is essential
• Previous experience in sales is preferable
• Good mediation skills (preferable)
• Proactive selfmotivated and a great team player
