Job Description
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Maintain healthy and productive relationship with clients through regular visits to clients and being liaison between company and clients.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Keep and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle customers complains and working on solving it through applying company policies to preserve company’s reputation.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
