Responsibilities:
Technical Sales and Business Development:
Utilize your 3 to 5 years of expertise in engineering technologies to drive technical sales and
achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities in the energy sector.
Build and nurture client relationships understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation of technical
solutions.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct thorough market analysis leveraging your 3 to 5 years of experience to identify trends
customer preferences and growth opportunities.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies drawing on your industry experience.
Explore and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach and enhance competitiveness.
Product and Solution Consulting:
Provide technical expertise in product development leveraging your 3 to 5 years of experience
understanding market needs and conceptualizing innovative solutions.
Oversee the product development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends for continuous product improvement.
Product Knowledge:
Showcase expertise in steel wire rope specifications applications and compliance standards relevant
to the ropeway and cable car sectors.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the sales process.
Regional Experience:
Possess a solid understanding of the industrial landscape in Mumbai and all over India.
Utilize existing networks and relationships in the specified industry within the region.
Communication Skills:
Effectively communicate the technical aspects of our steel wire ropes to technical and nontechnical
stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in engineering or related field.
Proven track record in technical sales specifically within the ropeway and cable car industries.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in Mumbai or India.
Strong understanding of steel wire rope specifications manufacturing processes and industry
regulations
