Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone email and chat.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for enhancing customer experience.
Requirements
- HSC and graduate candidates will be considered.
- Must have 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of stock markets and broking will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work any 9hour shifts between 8 AM to 9 PM.
