The Associate Consultant will be responsible for collaborating in the design and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet the companys personnel needs. They will assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various recruitment platforms support in the selection process including CV screening interviews and candidate evaluations maintain effective communication with hiring managers and requesting areas to understand their requirements manage the full recruitment cycle ensuring a positive experience for candidates and internal teams contribute to building and maintaining an updated talent database and participate in creating inclusive and diversityoriented recruitment practices.
Requirements
University degree in Psychology Business Administration Human Resources or a related field; minimum 2 years of work experience in recruitment and selectionrelated functions; motivation to learn and develop in the recruitment area; excellent communication skills in Spanish and English both oral and written; ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment combining inperson and remote work; attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure; proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Several years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience working in a global or multi-site organization is a plus.
