Role and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project task coordinating with stakeholders between Singapore and Japan for remittance enhancement.
• Create planning paper of UAT/BCP/Migration/Business rehearsal with end user and Head Office Lead tasks of UAT/BCP/Migration/Business rehearsal with end user and Head Office Facilitate meetings
• Adjust scope and requirement of the project
• Other relevant tasks assigned by the project manager (e.g. documentation information gathering)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking Payment Business such as eBanking remittance etc. Understanding of SWIFT Message types and structure such as MT101 MT103 MT940 etc. As well as MX format such as pain001 pacs008 camt053 etc.
• Knowledge on Best practices for ISO20022 regulation change treatment.
• Finding the reasonable solution for particular banking corporation. Documentation Presentation Meeting facilitation between Singapore and Japan Analytical and problemsolving skills Organized systematic logical Able to facilitate multiple stakeholders
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
• Systematic knowledge of project management (e.g. PMP)
• Business Japanese required to liaise with stakeholders from HQ
