As a Relationship Manager you will be the face of our bank to our Mandarinspeaking clients. Your primary role will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions to enhance their financial wellbeing. Your understanding of the digital banking landscape and the ability to cater to clients needs effectively will be key in driving our growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain longlasting relationships with Mandarinspeaking clients by providing superior customer service and tailored financial advice.
- Identify business opportunities by understanding the specific needs of clients and proposing bank products and services that meet their financial objectives.
- Manage client accounts and respond to client queries with accuracy and urgency.
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital banking trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and service to clients.
- Conduct presentations and meetings in Mandarin to ensure clear communication and understanding with clients.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field.
- Proven sales experience of at least one year; experience in the banking sector preferred but outstanding candidates with sales experience in Chinese companies are also welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for relationshipbuilding.
- Capability to work independently in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
