Job Description:

Conduct vehicle inspections for accidentrelated body repairs and paintwork repairs assess damages carefully prepare repair estimates and provide quotations for cash repairs.

Source required replacement spare parts to facilitate the repair of the accident vehicle.

Oversee vehicle inspections for body and paintwork in the repair process in a timely manner.

Proactively manage claims ensure timely processing. Attend insurance surveys.

Able to control/manage stocks in the warehouse. Ensure optimum advice and customer care quality for the service.

Quality check vehicles before releasing them back to the customer. Able to liaise with subcontractors.

Perform all adhoc duties assigned by your superior and management.
