Sales Administrator

My client is a market leader and specialist in the marine solutions space. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join the sales team as a Sales Administrator.

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with daytoday administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation

Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system

Process sales orders and invoices ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Coordinate with other departments such as finance and shipping to ensure timely delivery of orders

Assist with the preparation of sales reports and analysis

Support the sales team in organizing and attending trade shows and events

Conduct market research and provide insights to the sales team

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the sales manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role

Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Please note : Office based in Loyang Supply Base( Near Changi)
