UIUX DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research including user interviews surveys and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
• Create user personas user flows wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Design user interfaces and interactive elements for web and mobile applications ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback user testing results and design best practices.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Maintain and evolve design systems style guides and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in UX/UI design.

QUALIFICATION:

• Proficiency in designing intuitive and userfriendly interfaces for datacentric applications
• Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Sketch)
• Experience in prototyping tools (e.g. Figma InVision).
• Knowledge of frontend development is a plus.
• Knowledge of Palantir Foundry and AIP app development is preferred.
• Experience with Javascript and Typescript UX frameworks (vuejs react etc) is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau Looker Quik is a plus.
