SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Senior Interior Designer you are responsible to manage and develop Jotuns retail concept by implementing initiatives towards customers in line with regional priorities and direction to support and enhance Jotuns brand and products presence in the marketplace.
This position is based at Jeddah and reporting to the Retail Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain the Jotun Shop Concept standard by monitoring the implementation of new shops and evaluating existing shops according to the regional guidelines in order to sustain Jotuns brand image in the market and provide customers with an exceptional experience.
Manage and lead the Retail Development team by setting objectives and providing necessary coaching and guidance in order to support their development and achieve the functions targets.
Coordinate with the regional retail development team to develop and implement regional promotional programs and projects in the local market.
Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluation on successful implementation of Retail Programs in the local market along with market.
Develop and maintain the Jotun Shop Concept standard by monitoring the implementation of new shops and evaluating existing shops according to the regional guidelines to sustain Jotun brand image in the market and provide customers with an exceptional experience.
Provide and monitor of shop design as per the decorative segment guidelines to depict standard Multicolor concept across the country.
Visit dealers showrooms to inspect renovation possibilities and design and apply renovation designs accordingly and build relationship with relevant suppliers customers or other stakeholders.

We are looking for:
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Marketing.
5 years of relevant experience in Retail Concept & Marketing.
Handson experience of Autocade 3Dmax Photo shop applications.
Fluency in Arabic & English both verbally and written.
Location Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
