Manage endtoend HR processes including on boarding employee data management payroll administration and off boarding
Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies benefits and other HRrelated matters
Assist in performance management processes including goalsetting performance reviews and feedback
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure HR processes align with business objectives
Stay updated with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
