Consumer Visit/Calling. TS Recording Regular encryption check. Video Recording and VC sample collection as per Audit requirement. Consumer Conversion. Piracy check & ground Vigilance. Act as a support to Piracy Team. Increase Channel and Bouquet Penetration/Uptake. On time subscription collection form DPOs. On time collection of SMS Report from DPOs. HW Verification HW Replacement DA HW recovery. Local ground level marketing/promotions. Report LCO/subbase movement on ground. LCN Validation. Market Mapping.
