KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are looking for a Sales Executive HCM.

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Sector:Food andBeverage

Functions

  1. Identification of new customers for products directly imported from the company: expansion of the distributor market and store chains.
  2. Management and maintenance of relationships with customers who are chains and distributors.
  3. Monitoring of activities related to quotes and tenders sent to customers and proposing suitable methods to achieve objectives.
  4. Other related tasks as requested by management.


Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  2. Willingness to travel for work.
  3. Good communication skills.
  4. Negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
  5. Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  6. Ability to handle the pressure of commercial work.
  7. Honesty initiative in work teamwork spirit willingness to learn through hard work.
