JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a hungry sales heavy gogetter with strong communication followup and organizational skills to join our team as an Home Buying Specialist!! This is a FullTime longterm opportunity that allows you to reap the rewards of your hard work. You get out what you put into it. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with property owners. You must be resultsoriented and build rapport with homeowners. You will be speaking directly with homesellers to understand their motivations and how we may be able to help them solve their problems or achieve their goals by ultimately acquiring the property. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM (Podio) use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
  • Perform analysis on property value using comps google street view etc.
  • PhoneBased Selling You are on the phone most of the day talking with potential sellers
  • Must have the willingness to tackle new leads in Real Time; Answering phones on the first ring and maintaining/growing current lead generators (Various TV Ads provided to the sales team bird dogs Mailouts Local Signs etc.)
  • Uncover motivation and build value
  • Your work style must be a good balance between confident and direct yet empathetic to the homeowners situation
  • Must pay attention to the tiny details
  • Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners and real estate agents
  • Research market value comparable within the area
  • Proven track record of problemsolving and resourcefulness Ability to roll with the punches quick learner
  • Be able to converse on the phones 78 hours per day

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Phone sales experience (about 2 years) is preferred
  • Thick Skin is a Must
  • Proven Tenure
  • Team player Selfstarter Approachable
  • Strong negotiation skills & a natural deal maker
  • Excellent followup skills
  • Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Loves to talk with different kinds of people
  • Relationship building skills
  • Must be motivated to succeed in a highly competitive environment
  • You must have a clear speaking voice and better than great communication skills
  • Committed to the longterm growth of yourself and the company
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality with the ability to demonstrate ethical and professional conduct always
  • Willingness to learn our process and absorb the sales training provided.
  • Experience with a CRM and other sales tools preferred but not required
