As a Product Trainer you will facilitate the successful adoption of our product among our diverse range of stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various user groups. It is also part of this role designing training materials such as tutorial videos and user guides so you can ensure that our clients receive the necessary support to maximize their experience with our product.
Success in this position necessitates adeptness in thriving within a fastpaced environment exceptional communication skills creativity selfmotivation a proven track record of working with digital products and a positive and engaging approach to interact with diverse audiences.
What you will do at ODILO:
- Develop and implement training strategies and materials to effectively educate stakeholders on the features functionalities and benefits of our product.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to teachers students families and organizational employees both inperson and virtually.
- Collect feedback from users during and after training sessions to continually improve training content and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand user needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Stay uptodate on product updates and enhancements to ensure training materials remain current and relevant.
- Provide ongoing support to users and address any questions or concerns related to product usage.
- Analyze customers consumption data and behavior in our platforms to enhance and optimize our training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in delivering training or educational programs preferably in a technologydriven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong skills with MS Office
- Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality training experiences.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong time management skills solve problems and multitask.

- Ideally knowledge in other languages like Portuguese
