Job Description
Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Product Owner (Spanish Speaker) to join their dynamic team based in Barcelona. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to exciting projects working in a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Tasks
- Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with senior product managers ensuring features are aligned with the companys objectives
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers and UX designers to define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Agile Process Involvement: Participate in daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and stakeholders providing product updates and clarifications when needed
- Market Research: Assist in conducting market research and gathering customer feedback to help identify areas for product improvement and new opportunities
- Product Launch Support: Assist with product launch activities documentation and internal training materials
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) and a good command of English
- A degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field
- 12 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role (internship experience also considered)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problemsolving skills with an analytical mindset
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
