Collaborate closely with the management team to understand onfield dynamics identify HC needs and execute initiatives effectively.
Coordinate the implementation of al HC functions program and daily operation (staffing learning &development performance management C&B industrial relations organization development); including activities communications a n d documentation.
Develop competitive compensation and benefit packages: Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
Evaluate reporting and data bases processes to ensure data accuracy.
Provide consultation strategic insights and guidance to the management team on strategic staffing plans compensation & benefits training & development budget and employee relations
Requirements :
Min. Master degree in human resources management to psychology; preferably I/O psychologist.
Min 10 years experience and proven accomplishment in HR field; in which 5 years as HR Manager; with strong business acumen Strong understanding of Strategic human resource management strategic management labour laws and I/O psychology
Strong interpersonal presentation and influencing skills.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Possessed the ability to ensure that CH activities are based on HR strategy and companys business needs.
Strong strategic thinking conflictresolution and problemsolving abilities with a focus on innovation and process improvement.
