Desired Competencies: MustHave (Ideally should not be more than 35)

1. Having a strong hands on experience in Embedded C/C
2. Extensive experience of using C C in products
3. Experience on various communication protocols such as CAN LIN
4. RS232 SPI I2C Ethernet FlexRay.
5. Knowledge in ASPICE

GoodtoHave

1. Good knowledge on Linux (Driver Kernel) and any RTOS e.g QNX
2. Experience in Agile Scrum based firmware development and
3. version control/review tools like JIRA/Bitbucket/Git etc
4. Experience with multicore embedded systems

Responsibility

1 Strong understanding of different embedded software development life cycles (waterfall iterative) and contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools.
2 Thorough knowledge of applicable embedded software design and development practice; programming techniques and systems and language platforms.
3 Good grasp on system understanding in automotive ECU development
4 Experience on various communication protocols such as CAN LIN RS232 SPI I2C Ethernet.
5 Should be able to lead a small team of 4 5 associates and ensure timelines and quality
6 Embedded debuggers with best debugging skills ICE GDB JTAG chip programmer
7 Knowledge of analog and digital hardware microcontrollers microprocessors.
8 Work for estimation design analysis coding and unit testing
9 Good team player Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers and technical staff works effectively in ambiguity passionate and proactive
10 Understanding of digital circuits and analog electronics as related to FW development integration and configuration
11 Ready to travel to Pune for work location
