Designation : Governance risk and Compliance Job Requirements Overview: The role is to lead IT and associated activities across all functions of Enablement. A key team member of the Enablement team who will play pivotal role in ensuring Business Continuity and Information Security. |

Background and Requirements |
Responsibilities: Customer: - Business Engagement with IT and understanding requirements.
- Balance Security compliance and business requirements.
- Interact with customers and resolve their concerns.
Process: - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and manage IT infrastructure and lead a technical team.
- Reviews appropriateness of technologies used for system components and recommends modifications and/or upgrades when necessary to keep systems
- operating according to defined service level agreements.
- Developing maintaining and communicating Policies Procedures and Guidelines.
- Ensure procedures processes and SOPs are established and maintained for the design development validation and support of solutions.
- Communicates changes in technology and services from the Infra team to the appropriate channels and personnel.
- Providing Audit Supervision.
- Oversees and provides leadership direction during operational incidents ensuring necessary resourcing and availability of subject matter expertise proactive business communications.
- Assist with and take ownership of developing and improving the groups processes as needed.
- Ensure adequate training is performed by your team members to meet current job requirements and future technology considerations.
- Coordinate manage align and priorities IT Infrastructure and Operations projects resources and support activities.
- Creating monthly infrastructure and security scorecards.
Capability: - Handling GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) and sharing insights with management.
- Evaluate security posture and participate in enhancing security solutions and improve overall enterprise security.
- Ability to pursue Digital transformation projects in time.
