Senior Recruitment Executive

Job Description:

• Effective utilization of ATS and enhancement in automation dashboard reporting
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking
• Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their fit for the organization
• Assist in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs at the group level.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Executive or similar role
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

Education:

Minimum Bachelors Degree (BBA/MBA in HR) or similar discipline.

Experience:
4 years of experience.
