Job Description:
Our home health company seeks a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in Fairhope, Alabama. The ideal candidate should have an active RN license in the state and leadership experience in a home health organization, including a profit and loss statement. As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for our home health company's overall leadership, management, and direction.
Responsibilities: -
Provide leadership and direction for the organization, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to patients.- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives.- Manage the organization's budget, including revenue, expenses, and profit and loss statement.- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.- Establish and maintain positive relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.- Ensure the organization complies with all state and federal regulations.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, implementing changes as appropriate to maintain a competitive edge.- Represent the organization in the community, developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, patients, and their families.
Qualifications: -
Active RN license in the state of Alabama.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing or related field preferred.- At least five years of experience in a leadership role in a home health organization.- Strong financial acumen, including experience with profit and loss statements.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.- Knowledge of all state and federal regulations related to home health.
