Job Description
Healthcare Talent Support is a nationwide provider recruitment company specializing in placing professionals with local, regional and national healthcare organizations. We are actively working with a nationwide client who specializes in supporting patients suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease.
About the opportunity:
- Making an impact helping patients with Chronic Kidney Disease
- Health assessments / physicals
- prescribing medications
- Documentation management
- Evidenced based medicine
- Travel within one hour radius from primary location
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 5pm

We are seeking:
- NP actively licensed in LA
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- 2 + years of palliative, home health or hospice care
- Strong desire to develop deep patient relationships
- Passionate about patient care
- Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus but not required
