- AI Applicability Assessment in Real Estate Development Value Chain:
- Assess ROSHN's current business value chain and identify opportunities for AI-based enhancements.
- Define new AI-enabled value chains and relevant use cases, focusing on document processing, portfolio allocation, and AI-powered customer service.
- Integrate AI use cases into ROSHN's Development Investment Control Process.
- Identify internal and external capabilities required for AI initiatives.
- Develop implementation plans, launch pilot projects, and secure stakeholder alignment.
