Preparing and analyzing project costing for tenders such as materials quantities labor and time.
Minimizing the cost and risk of a construction project and enhancing value for money while still achieving the required legal standards and quality.
Ensuring statutory building regulations are met.
Preparing tender documents contracts budgets bills of quantities and other documentation.
Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
Procuring or agreeing the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
Measuring and valuating the work done on site.
Paying subcontractors.
Selecting and/or sourcing construction materials.
Preparing estimates and costs of the work and when the project is in progress keeping track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs.
Assisting in establishing a clients requirements and undertaking feasibility studies to ensure their proposals will work.
Preparing tender and contract documents including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
Negotiating contracts and work schedules.
Allocating work to subcontractors and overseeing their work at all stages of the construction.
Performing risk value management and cost control during construction.
Advising on a procurement strategy.
Identifying analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
Providing advice on contractual claims and disputes.
Valuing completed work overseeing bills and arranging payments
Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
Offering advice on property taxation.
Providing postoccupancy advice facilities management services and life cycle costing advice.
Requirements

Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Good computer skills Microsoft Office
Eligible to live in the GCC region
High degree of integrity and honesty.

Detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology processes materials business and legal matters.
