Lead and manage the bid and proposal department for all bids, from the commencement of enquiry to acceptance of the award and subsequent handover to the allocated projects team.
Analyse customers’ requirements, i.e. tender requirements, and prepare high-level overviews and associated planning in close coordination and alignment with the relevant BHS/MHS Bid Managers to achieve the required and desired level of quality and performance throughout the bid and enquiry lifecycle.
Lead internal and external key meetings and provide clear feedback and summaries of required outcomes and actions.
Prepare and deliver Sales Presentations both internally and externally, and participate in the offer negotiation/post-tender clarifications.
Take an active role as overall Bid Manager on major proposals.
