Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Fleet Admin associateto join our team. The Fleet Admin Associate will be a key part of our fleet team responsible for supporting the management and administration of our fleet of vehicles. Working closely with the Fleet Manager you will ensure that our vehicles are properly maintained compliant with regulations and available for use when needed. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be critical in this role andthe ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and a some technical background in electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating vehicle maintenance repairs and inspections to ensure fleet reliability and safety
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle information including registration insurance and maintenance history
- Monitor and track vehicle utilisation and expenses associated with downtime identifying costsaving opportunities and optimising driving efficiency to manage operational costs
- Assist in the procurement and disposal of fleet vehicles including coordinating with vendors and managing paperwork
- Respond to enquiries and requests from drivers regarding vehicle damages traffic fines and other fleetrelated matters
- Support the implementation and enforcement of fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments such as operations and HR to ensure alignment and efficiency in fleetrelated processes
Qualifications:
- Experience in a fleet management logistics or administrative roles is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fleet operations is a bonus
