Dispatcher

Pay:$1315/hr depending on experience.

Hours:Hours worked would be Monday through Friday 10 am to approximately 7 pm. Some weekends and holidays

We are seeking a highly motivated Dispatch Coordinator to join our team and help ensure that our construction and industrial job sites are fully staffed with qualified workers. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with our team of workers and dispatching them to job sites throughout the area.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process requests for workers from construction and industrial sites.
• Coordinate with our pool of workers to assign them to job sites as needed.
• Monitor the progress of job sites to ensure that they are properly staffed.
• Communicate with workers and job site managers to resolve any scheduling or staffing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of worker assignments schedules and job site locations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Drivers License
• Prior experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with computer software and databases.
• Experience in the construction or industrial fields is a plus.
