Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a relevant tertiary qualification and is FAIS compliant with an insurancespecific certification preferred.
- Brings 8 years of experience in the short term insurance industry including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role demonstrating a track record in strategic business development and client management.
- Exhibits strong business acumen with an ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive team performance.

Qualitative and Quantitative research Strong proficiency in actuarial modelling software and statistical analysis tools. Analytical and proficient in related tools (e.g. Excel, SAS, STATA or SPSS, SQL). Attention to detail, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Organising and project management skills. Problem definition, analysis and decision-making. Presentation and report writing skills.
