Day to Day:
A Senior Care Facility is looking for a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join their team in St. Paul, MN. The role involves working closely with 55+ year old residents to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and conduct therapeutic exercises aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain. Typical patients are dealing with Lymphedema, post-surgical, and mobility. A successful candidate will have a strong educational foundation with a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and at least two years of outpatient experience. While experience in senior living is not mandatory, it is preferred. The position emphasizes the importance of empathy, problem-solving, and integrity in delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
