The role involves working closely with 55+ year old residents to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and conduct therapeutic exercises aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain. Typical patients are dealing with Lymphedema, post-surgical, and mobility. A successful candidate will have a strong educational foundation with a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and at least two years of outpatient experience. While experience in senior living is not mandatory, it is preferred.
