Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team. As a Data Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data solutions that align with our organizations strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable data architectures to support business needs and ensure data integrity availability and security.
- Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions including ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools and technologies for data management storage and processing with a focus on cloudbased solutions such as Azure.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and mentor them on best practices in data architecture and design.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data management big data and analytics and assess their potential impact on our data architecture strategy.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and drive innovation through datadriven insights and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies and implement data quality standards and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- 1112 years of experience in data architecture data modeling and database design.
- Proven expertise in data integration ETL tools and data warehouse concepts.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms particularly Azure and experience with big data technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex data challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Certified Data Management Professional) are a plus.
