Position : Team Lead ( Back Office)
Qualification: CA/ MBA
Experience: 9 yearsof experience in manufacturing
Location: Indore
JD:
- Manage a team.
- Ensure timely delivery of General accounting and reporting being in charged of fixed assets account reconciliations process improvement activities.
- Manage the development and performance of the transaction team to achieve efficient processing and effective team working.
- Manage and oversee the entire Record to Report (R2R) process ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial statements reports and reconciliations to support monthend and yearend close activities.
Must have experience in Manufacturing and BPO as Team Lead.
Experience in back office of foreign companies would be preferable.
Should be open to travel to Africa for sometime.
