Dispatch Associate

1. Daily planning of dispatches as per orders and Material availability

2. Movement of all goods through SAP.

3. Ensure maximum load ability to optimize freight cost.

4. Responsible for first time right dispatches

5. Ensure zero losses due to loading / unloading.

6. Maintain and circulate MIS for dispatch area on daily basis as per laid down protocol.

7. Coordinate for transit trials with plant and R&D team.

8. Warehouse Inventory management

9. Budgeting and tracking cost related to area.

10. Identification of Slowmoving items and timely communication to avoid write offs.

11. Coordination with external stake holders

12. GR of all inward goods and ensure zero warehouse spillages.

13. Imparting training to educate the employees as well as contractors for Safe Vehicle driving & Maintenance / GMP/Food Safety/FSSC22000 requirements/ FSSAI requirements/ Energy and Environment management system

14. Coordination with Truck Transport Union for Truck booking and other related daily works.

15. Getting FG pricing and freight data updated in SAP for monthly POs.

16. Processing the transport bills and related expenses in periodic basis.
