Job Title: SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

Location: Houston TX

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SAP PM modules including configuration customization testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement effective maintenance strategies using SAP PM ensuring optimal asset performance and reliability.
• Provide functional support to endusers troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Work closely with other SAP modules (such as Materials Management Production Planning and Finance) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
• Conduct training sessions for endusers to ensure proper utilization of SAP PM functionality and best practices.
• Create and maintain system documentation including business processes configuration guides and user manuals.
• Stay updated on SAP PM best practices and industry trends to recommend and implement continuous improvements.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance implementation and support.

Handson experience with SAP PM configuration including maintenance planning work order management preventive maintenance and notifications.

Experience with integration between SAP PM and other modules is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP PM module functionality and configuration.

Strong understanding of maintenance processes and best practices.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when required.

Certifications: SAP certification in Plant Maintenance is preferred.
