Job Description

We are seeking a talented Customer Marketer to join our team in the Benelux and Nordics region. As a Customer Marketer you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and customer engagement across this key geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing case studies:
Collaborate with account management teams product marketing teams partners and customers to identify candidates for our case study
program. Schedule filming sessions shepherd the entire process through to publication and ensure commercial use of our case studies in video PDF and web formats.

2. Boosting revenue through upsell and crosssell activities:
Analyze customer data from our CRM system to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling Zoho products. Develop suitable materials and work with account management teams to generate revenue through digital and facetoface activities.

3. Retaining existing customers and expanding their use of Zoho products:
Collaborate with the Benelux and Nordics Account Management team to retain existing customers and expand their usage of our products.

Provide requested materials and data while also promoting relevant tools and resources. Develop playbooks with Account Management to expand opportunities on existing accounts.

4. Contributing to other marketing activities:
Work with the broader European marketing team on content development lead generation brand building community building and our user conferences to drive regional growth.

Requirements

  • 24 years of marketing experience preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Ability to navigate complex business processes in a competitive commercial environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • A driven individual passionate about digital technology and its potential to transform business results.
  • Selfmotivated and comfortable working independently as part of a team.
  • Friendly peopleoriented person who excels at building strong relationships with customers partners and influencers.
  • Strong writing skills are essential for developing compelling combined marketing content in collaboration with sales
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the Benelux and Nordics region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch French Norwegian or another Nordic language.
  • Familiarity with the Benelux and Nordics B2B software markets including local industry trends and customer needs.
