You will be responsible for originating new business and achieving commercial targets through managing various inbound (global referral program run by the company) & outbound lead channels and cooperating with Marketing Partnerships and outsourced Telesales companies.
You will own the full sales cycle from leadtocustomer (leadgeneration sales onboarding) by executing sales activities and managing a healthy sales pipeline via telephone virtual and facetoface client meetings.
o Analyzing market trends and developments
o Identifying ideal customer profiles in target segments
o Developing a dynamic sales plan and initiate campaigns
o Creating relevant sales collateral and client facing documents
o Establishing a fully developed pipeline of new qualified leads
o Nurturing and closing open sales opportunities successfully
o Acting as single point of contact for all stakeholders during onboarding process
o Managing deadlines and ensuring expectations are overdelivered
o Reporting on activities and pipeline via CRM and frequent oneonone meetings
o Engage in marketing operations and eventsgrow your network and work closely with crossfunctional teams within the group to support business development
o Build your brand as thoughtleader at events online and to our prospective clients by sharing industry trends and indepth knowledge of our products and solutions
o You will focus on client s business objectives challenges & needs and apply valuebased selling
o You will make optimal use of CRM tools to store customer data and log activities
Fluent in Mandarin and English with additional EU languages a plus
Understand FX and International payment market as an expert and a likeable sales professional.
Proven track record of exceeding new business sales targets.
Payment expert with 35 years experience in ecommerce or international trade.
Deep understanding of the crossborder payment ecosystem and FX products
Focused proactive engaged disciplined responsible and courageous in the sales role
Enjoy executing daily sales activities building an outbound healthy pipeline and achieving sales targets
Able to connect with the decisionmaking unit and to win commitment and get buyin
Build networks with clear understanding of stakeholders interests (internal & external)
Have an existing network of international SMEsized Chinese companies involved in International trade or ecommerce.
Excellent convincing communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
Ability and willingness to work autonomously remote and independently
