Box Office Ticket Processor San Diego


Position Summary

Founded in 2017 REPS & Co. is a future leader in the entertainment industry specializing in ticketing for live events. Our founders and key staff are industry veterans with fresh ideas for the ticketing industry. We provide tickets to many events and shows across the nation including music sports and theatrical performances. We pride ourselves in offering the best experience for the to our customers. Our technology is what allows us to outperform our competitors and deliver an unforgettable experience to fans.

We are excited to add a Box Office Ticket Processor San Diego position to our team! We specializes in purchasing broker generated buy orders at venue box offices across North America.. This is a fulltime (40 hours per week 5 days a week flexible schedule including weekends avg 8 hours per day plus occasional overtime as needed) position that ensures all box office purchase/sale orders are processed correctly and accurately. Our main purpose is to make sure all box office tickets are processed quality checked quickly broadcast for sale and fulfilled. Some of the tasks that we are in charge of are listed below:


The ideal Box Office Ticket Processor San Diego will be responsible for:

  • Learning a variety of complex companyspecific processes and software/systems to successfully perform position requirements.

  • Daily processing of all inbound/outbound box office purchased tickets

  • Organizing and securing hard ticket inventory

  • Identify and correct any errors

  • Track and report errors to management

  • Scheduling travel plans and meetings

  • Maintaining communications between teams

  • Perform all other duties as required


Qualifications:

  • San Diego Resident This in an inoffice position in the Bay Ho area ops San Diego

    • This is a fulltime 40 hours per week 5 days a week flexible schedule including weekends avg 8 hours per day plus occasional overtime as needed.

  • Proficient at website navigation

  • Basic knowledge of Airtable

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google Suite applications skills assessment is part of the application process

  • Proficient at typing 40 60 WPM skills assessment is part of the application process

  • Quick and accurate data entry previous experience with data entry is a plus

  • Ability to own and manage your work in order to maintain deadlines

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Must be reliable and on time

  • Must be willingable and ready to learn
