Position: Accounts Manager
EXP: 5 Yrs
Location : Kanchipuram Chennai.
Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Manage the companys financial transactions including accounts payable accounts
receivable and payroll.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports statements and projections.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards regulations and company policies.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and maintain the annual budget in collaboration with department heads.
Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports to management.
Assist in financial forecasting to support strategic planning.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for operational
needs.
Implement effective strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital.
Tax Compliance:
Coordinate with external tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax
returns.
Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends variances and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to support decisionmaking processes.
Audit and Compliance:
Collaborate with auditors to facilitate annual audits and address any audit findings.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and support their
financial needs.
Provide guidance and training to junior accounting staff.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role in a rigging or related
industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
