The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to drive growth increase brand awareness and enhance consumer loyalty for our FMCG products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the direction of our brands in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to meet company objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends preferences and opportunities for brand expansion.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product development sales and marketing to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support brand initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics including sales data market share and consumer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies.
- Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to optimize ROI and achieve financial targets.
- Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing channels and communication touchpoints.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitive activity and emerging market opportunities to inform brand strategies and decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager in the FMCG industry with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles brand management and market research.
- Proficiency in digital marketing including social media online advertising and content creation.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively strategically and analytically.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
