Job Description
Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, engineering, or related field. A Master's degree in Contract Management or Contract Law may be beneficial.
Previous work experience as a contracts manager or in a role involving the management and implementation of contracts, especially in sectors such as construction, engineering, or consulting services.
Artistic skills:
In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to contracts and procurement.
Experience in analyzing and drafting contracts, and reviewing them based on project requirements and potential risks.
Ability to manage contracts in terms of negotiation, managing changes, and resolving contract disputes.
