AV engineer

• Event Support:
• Provide onsite support during events including monitoring equipment troubleshooting technical issues and making realtime adjustments.
• Collaborate with event organizers to understand specific requirements and ensure a smooth execution.
• Testing and Maintenance:
• Conduct preevent testing of audiovisual equipment to identify and address any issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Technical Troubleshooting:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions during events.
• Work closely with the technical team to address any advanced challenges.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with event organizers clients and other technicians to ensure a cohesive and synchronized audiovisual experience.
• Provide clear communication and updates on the status of equipment and technical aspects to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment including projectors sound systems microphones and lighting.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and make realtime adjustments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Basic knowledge of event production and coordination.
• Availability for a 23 day temporary onsite assignment in Nashville.
