Client is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant for our office located in Olney MD. We cultivate unique relationships with each client accommodating specific needs and work to provide the personal attention recognition and respect our clients deserve.
Job Responsibilities:
This position will work closely with the current accounting staff and management including but not limited to:
Prepare individual corporate (S corp and C corp) partnership tax returns
Review General Ledger and reports to assist in preparation of tax projections
Perform tax research and planning as needed to solve clients tax issues
Assist in the preparation of financial reports that may include net worth statements cash flow schedules meeting packages budgets investment analysis tour reconciliations etc.
Assist client service team with other projects as necessary

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Bachelors degree in Accounting
4 years in preparation and/or review of individual corporate partnership tax returns
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Organization skills with attention to detail
Capability to learn new systems and process information quickly
Proficiency at Microsoft Office Excel Word and QuickBooks
Familiarity with ProSystem
Preferred:
CPA license is highly preferred
