JD For Technical Helpdesk Support Using Service Now
Education Qualification Graduate
Hiring Location Kolkata

Requirement :
Handson experience in Enduser computing Hardware & Networking Support.
Expertise in troubleshooting of Operating systems (Windows 11 IOS) email clients (MS 365)
application issues (investigations).
Hardware/software products for compatibility and performance.
Requirements understanding and facilitate testing of the same during UAT/pilot.
Ability to Perform Root Cause Analysis for the incident tickets.
Process Documentation: Prior experience in updating process documents KBs SOPs.
New Technology/Product Evaluation and Implementation: Understand evaluate carry out pilots
recommend take approval and implement new products and technologies
