Job Description

Achieve Order Booking Targets Revenue & Collection Targets from each Mkt segment.

Targeting Market Share of product range and preparing Budgets for the SBU on Market potential

Prepare Framework for Strategic Business Growth on ther basis vision for next years in line with the Power Sector growth plans and schemes.

Work with the team achieving the P&L responsibility of each segment.

Market Intelligence and Development of Newmarket Segments and New avenues of Business growth.

Forming and Implementing Market Strategies Product Management Customer profiling for all segments.

Focusing on Product Development for Market Segment as per strength of resource and immediate needs to roll out implementation in achieving sales nos.

Successfully rolling out products in markets in line with the demands of the Market Segment and targeting Healthy business.

Spearhead the Business Development Activities Strategic working on Technical capability and relationship with customers.

Team Development Support and Build Competency of team

Team Management achieving objectives by showing the way and leading from front.

Proper delegation leadership and working with the team members in alignment to the objectives.

Systemizing Organizing and giving professional shape to sales and marketing dept reporting system feedback analysis meetings reviews etc

Targeting Elimination of Competition on strong technical and application grounds and building case in our favour with excellent interpersonal skills.

Sales Promotion activities Actively participating in Seminars Conferences & Getogethers and organizing them whenever required.

Representing Organization in forums exhibitions and govt sponsored strategy meets

Customer Relationship Management ensuring Customer satisfaction of highest level by driving the SBUs Operations towards this objective of Quality deliverables Responsible for ensuring Customer Delight of the SBU.

Customer Relations Build excellent relations at the highest level at the Customer end.

Implementation of progressive marketing and sales models in line with requirement of the markets/customers catering to and team working

Successfully engage technical team and Operational Team of each SBU.
