IT Support Technician

Title: IT Support Technician

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support to endusers via phone email or inperson interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues.
• Install configure and maintain computer systems software and peripherals.
• Assist in setting up and troubleshooting printers scanners and other office equipment.
• Aid in user account management password resets and access permissions.
• Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure projects.
• Document support activities and solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in an IT support role or similar position is advantageous.
• Proficient in hardware software operating systems and networking technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent customer service communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality support.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are beneficial.
