About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in the Cayman Islands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management and expertise in improving business systems processes and user experiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify key areas for improvement and optimization.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and ensure alignment with business strategy and goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including project plans process maps and workflows.
• Perform risk analysis and manage ongoing evaluations of business processes to mitigate risks.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings delivering effective communication to management and stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between the IT department and business units to drive effective solutions and ensure requirements are met during the implementation phase.
• Conduct and support user acceptance testing (UAT) ensuring that systems and processes meet business needs and user requirements.
• Assist in training and support activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Proficient in using BA tools such as MS Visio SQL and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• Certification in Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) is preferred.
