Overview:
Looking for Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Handle patient registrations and maintain accurate patient records
- Process billing and insurance information
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Manage and maintain the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the hospitals services
- Adhere to privacy and confidentiality regulations
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Customeroriented mindset and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and empathy
- Flexibility to work shifts as required
