• Clear Monthly Billing: The Operations Coordinator will be tasked with ensuring accurate and timely monthly billing processes. This includes verifying billing information preparing invoices and resolving any discrepancies to ensure clear and transparent billing practices.
• Daily Operational Updates to ULB: The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing daily operational updates to the Urban Local Bodies (ULB). This involves communicating key information regarding daily operations progress and any issues encountered to ensure alignment and transparency between stakeholders.
• Identify Key Issues: Proactively identify key operational issues on a daily basis. This may include bottlenecks inefficiencies or areas for improvement within the operational workflow. The Operations Coordinator will be expected to analyze data and feedback to identify trends and root causes of issues.
• Prepare Improvement Plans: Develop comprehensive plans for addressing identified issues and improving operational efficiency. This includes collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement process improvements establish best practices and monitor progress towards achieving operational goals.
