Overview

The Director of Growth for Edtech sales plays a crucial role in driving the growth and sales strategies for the organization within the educational technology sector. They are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand the companys market share increase revenue and drive customer acquisition in the Edtech industry. This role requires a strategic leader who can leverage their expertise to identify growth opportunities build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive the overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and sales targets in the Edtech sector.

  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to promote the brand and network with key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance strategies and market insights.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • Lead strategic partnerships and alliances to drive mutual business growth and expansion in the Edtech sector.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations standards and ethical business practices.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales leader or director in the Edtech industry with a successful track record of driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales strategies business development and customer acquisition in the Edtech sector.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Edtech industry market trends competitors and customer needs.

  • Experience in building and nurturing strategic partnerships alliances and customer relationships to drive business expansion and success.
  • Proficiency in sales management systems CRM software and other relevant tools to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers partners and attend industry events.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical business practices compliance and integrity in all business dealings.
  • Professional certifications in sales business management or related fields are a plus.
