Tasks
What you will be doing:
In this role you will be responsible for providing a clear direction leadership and mentorship to a crossfunctional squad of frontend backend and mobile developers with a total of six direct reports and other attached functions like QA engineers or UI/UX designers. Your mains tasks include:
- Provide regular feedback coaching and support to enhance your teams performance while promoting a positive team culture and cohesion within the squad through teambuilding activities recognition programs and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members as well as with other departments or stakeholders promoting a positive and respectful work environment
- Acting as a primary point of contact providing updates on project status addressing concerns and managing expectations to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of projects within the squad ensuring alignment with business objectives and deadlines. Identify potential risks or obstacles to project success and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the squad including process optimization skills development and adoption of new technologies or methodologies by staying up to date with industry trends.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and crosstraining within the squad fostering a culture of learning and development to enhance overall team capabilities.
Requirements

- Knowledge or previous experience with our tech stack and developing cloud solutions is a plus (our tech stack: React/Next.js Python/Django Postgres Docker/Kubernetes etc.)
